Conference for Undergraduate Women in Physics UK 2020

We are proud to be supporting the three day Conference for Undergraduate Women in Physics UK 2020 (CUWiP UK) at the University of York, between 12 and 15 March 2020.

The Quantum Communications Hub is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion of under represented groups across the partnership.

The conference will bring together undergraduates who identify as women and the goal is to encourage undergraduates to continue in physics by focusing on their development as a scientist and showcasing options for their educational and professional futures.

The fantastic programme includes talks by headline speakers Professor Dame Jocelyn Bell Burnell and Professor Petra Rudolph, an excursion to Hartlepool Power Station and several workshops on topics such as CVs and networking and engaging with the media, plus much more.

Read more about the conference here.

Location: University of York

Address: Heslington, York, YO10 5DD
