To date, senior Hub investigators have participated in a number of policy consultations for various government departments. Examples include involvement in the Blackett report into Quantum Technologies; submission of evidence into the Science and Technology Select Committee’s inquiry into quantum technologies; consultations on export controls for quantum technologies on behalf of the Department for International Trade; new legal framework for foreign investment in the UK with specific reference to quantum technologies; and many more. If you are seeking to speak to a Hub expert regarding the opportunities and challenges surrounding the emerging quantum technologies and applications, then please contact the central Hub team in the first instance and we can connect you to Hub members with the relevant expertise.
